Densetsu no Starfy (伝説のスタフィー) is a manga series based on Densetsu no Starfy, illustrated by Sayori Abe. It is the predecessor to the manga series illustrated by Yumiko Sudō based on Densetsu no Starfy, Densetsu no Starfy 2 and Densetsu no Starfy 3.

It appeared in certain pages in issues of Shogakukan Grade Comics (Japanese: 小学, literally "elementary school"), including the April 2002 issue of Shogakukan Third Grade, but was not distributed in tankōbon format. [1]

Starfy, Moe, Old Man Lobber and the Mermaid appear in the manga. Like in Densetsu no Starfy, the Jar has fallen off Pufftop Palace, causing a storm.
