The Whale is a close friend and ally of Starfy who debuted in the very first Densetsu no Starfy. In her first appearance, her tummy hurts and Starfy goes inside her to find out the cause of the tummy ache. It turns out to be Bankirosu's doing.
You can briefly see her in Densetsu no Stafy 2 when you get a game over then press continue.
