Seawee (Afuritto in Japan) is an algae-like enemy appearing only in Gluglug Lagoon. They attack by jumping, but this is easily avoided. They look like bushes, but Moe mentions in their game description that Seawee are actually scrawny.
Toy description
Look out when these guys jump. That's when their algae hair expands! Seawees are mostly hair. Underneath all that, they're scrawny.
