Character that looks like a "12"

The fifth and tenth cartoons use a character that looks like a '12' or maybe an 'ん' with a straight line instead of a diagonal line. What is it? It doesn't have any furigana above it but it does appear after "キョ" and before "スケ" so I assume it replaces 'ろ' for some reason (the titles make sense that way). --Torchickens (talk) 16:29, 22 August 2013 (UTC)
