'''Biba''' is a female beaver that only appeared in ''[[Densetsu no Starfy 2]]''. She asks Starfy to gather wood to complete a dam in level 4 of [[Large Tree's Forest]] to stop a strong current. When Starfy first finds Biba, the dam is partially already finished as Biba has already used four piles of wood to make it. 

There are ten sticks scattered across the area that Starfy has to find. If [[Starfy]] gathers five sticks it will turn into a pile of wood and can be pushed to fill in a gap in the dam. Two piles of wood are required to finish the dam.

As a reward for helping, Biba helps Starfy by gnawing through some hard bark and reveals a door for Starfy to proceed.
