Narumitsu Nishimori (there romanised in a not generally accepted way out of Japan as Narumitu Nishimori) was a coordinator for Densetsu no Starfy, according to the end staff credits. It is assumed that he worked under Tose, and he may have also been a planner for the game Dino Stalker.[1]
