Echigyoya is an old fish who is probably the leader of the Chonmagyo and Mijingo. In Densetsu no Starfy 2, she attempted to attack Starfy using her spiked shuriken throwing clones. In Densetsu no Starfy 3, she attempted to stop Starfy again by having her five Mijingo attack him.
