Dorothy appears to be a fairy fish. She first appears in Densetsu no Starfy 4 in Flourishing Desert as a mirage. She looked like an ice cream when Starfy, Starly, and Moe first saw her and shortly appeared again as a transparent version of her original self as a fairy fish. She is seen in her true form when Starfy, Starly and Moe deliver an orange cylindrical container to her.
