Fwip is a fish enemy in the Nintendo DS games. They can puff themselves up, and create a shield in front of them. If Starfy or Starly performs a Star Spin on a Fwip's shield, he or she will bounce back. When a Fwip has its shield up, the player can defeated it by attacking from behind.
