An English fan translation of Densetsu no Starfy has been made, and an official Chinese version of Densetsu no Starfy and Densetsu no Starfy 2 was leaked. It isn't encouraged to use these because they were from a leak and is illegal to play.
Character names can be added. Given that fan names are accepted on the list of Korean character and enemy names and seem to reveal no exclusive information, it seems OK to list them. However, for legal reasons please do not link anything else (such as leaked ROMs/fan-translated ROM or images from it (translated text is OK though) or mention them).
