The Doorkeepers are fishes who protect the Amy Castle in the Densetsu no Starfy R manga, just like how the Pufftop Guards protect Pufftop. They do not appear in Densetsu no Starfy 4. The Doorkeepers are protected by their helmets, spears and shields.

In chapter 3, "Koi no Sekkin Dai Sakusen!", they guard the main door of the Amy Castle but Starfy dressed up in a maid suit is let in, claiming he is a 'newcomer'.
In chapter 6, "Favorite Chocolate: Whose Hand!?", they again guard the main door of the Amy Castle and Starfy asks them if Mattel is in the castle.
In chapter 8, "Legendary Class!? Soccer Showdown!!", they act as goalkeepers and are missing their spears and shields.
