Update on March 26th 2014: The problem has been resolved. Account creation is possible through CreateAccount again. 
Due to a problem where the registration Captcha may not appear and trying to register brings up a blank page or server error, it may not be possible for an unregistered user to create a new account using Special:CreateAccount.
However, it is still possible for an administrator to create a new account. We are accepting account creations by email. Please send an email to Torchickens ([email protected]) with the username you want. Torchickens will create it and reply with a temporary password for it, for you to change later.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused!
