He/she tells the [[Papa Star|king]] and [[Mama Star|queen]] of [[Pufftop]] that [[Ogura]] has invaded [[Pufftop Palace]]. He/she currently has no official name and might just be called a Pufftop Guard from the similarity he/she has with their uniforms.
