They resemble large pink flowers with a spiral shaped pattern in the center of the flower. They only appear in Stage 4-4 ([[Pulling Ahead Lake]]). Big Hands initially hide underground until [[Starfy]] or [[Starly]] approaches one.

If Starfy or Starly touches a Big Hand it will grab him/or and throw him/her to the left of the area. This causes the player character to become [[Dizzy]] for a few seconds.

Big Hands do not appear in the [[Picture Book]].
