It's about the Mole Tank and on the used copies, it's:

There's somethin' strange
goin' on beneath the ground
here.
Hey, look at that!
It's like there's somethin'
buried down there!
We should come back later!

In the fan translation, Higsby added a secret message to one of the copies of the above Japanese sentence.

As the guy who translated
this game, I guess he can make
us say whatever he wants.
I suppose we better be nice<line> to him then! Hehehe.
