In Densetsu no Starfy 4, Starfy and Starly's maximum amount of HP is 250. The official guidebook lists 15 Heart Gem (Konpeitou) locations for areas and 6 Heart Gem locations in Manianko's Shop. As Starfy and Starly start with 50 HP, this means one Heart Gem becomes unavailable at some point (otherwise it would be possible to get 260 HP).
