Low Spin is an ability only Starly can use. It is translated in Super Smash Bros. Brawl as High Hat Spin Jump. To use it press the Y button while crawling. It is introduced in Densetsu no Starfy 4. When using it, Starly lifts her arms and spins very quickly on her stomach. It's a great way to dodge high attacks or go under flying enemies. Another technique is to find a crumbly wall and low spin through it. This will prevent enemies from following you and attacking. Yet another technique is to Low Spin to evade a fast enemy with Low Spin's extreme speed.
