Alternate Undersea Ruins bubble
There appears to be an unused variation of the bubbles used to transform Wario into Bubble Wario in Undersea Ruins. This variation has reflection marks on the bubble unlike the used empty bubble that is plain. [1]

Densetsu no Starfy 3 has numerous strings of development text that can be viewed from the ROM in ANSI encoding.
Compile dates
There are nine "OptRls" messages (possibly meaning "Optimal Release") in the ROM that appear to be dates from when the game was compiled. Seven of them are unique.
