Pearl Sprites (known in Japan as Pearl Keepers) are grey haired fairies in green dresses that live inside giant red flowers. Whenever Starfy or Starly attack them they'll give them many pearls. The player can do this two times but if done a third time the Pearl Sprite will be defeated like any other enemy.
