Herbert is a yellow hermit crab with a blue shell who lives high up in the cloudy sea of Skydye Heights. When Starfy first meets him he teaches Starfy (who he called the Starfy lookalike) the Ultra Star Spin to help him get rid of some annoying Jellysquish.
