  • December 25, 2014 - Merry Christmas from Starfy Wiki! The main page has been updated with some Starfy related links. With Super Smash Bros. for Wii U having been released for over a month internationally, will we ever see Starfy make a game appearance again?
  • September 11, 2014 - gema_yue revealed on their Twitch channel that Starfy appears as a profile icon in Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS, among other Assist Trophies. He/she, and other streamers had acquired a copy of the Japanese game shortly before its official release date.
  • September 1/2, 2014 - Starfy re-appears as a regular trophy in Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS. This was revealed in an All-Star Mode screenshot posted on Miiverse by director Masahiro Sakurai.
