In Densetsu no Starfy 4

After arriving in the humid Split Swamp, Starfy, Starly, and Moe happen upon a turtle fishing and try asking him some questions. After not getting a response and realizing that he is asleep, Starly yells to try and get his attention. He explains that something was troubling him, so he fell asleep. Moe asks if he lives here, and the man says yes, introducing himself as Kamekichi. Starly asks what the matter is, and Kamekichi explains that some big sharks called Aisharks were rampaging throughout the swamp. They used to be sealed away, but somebody freed them, allowing them to cause trouble once again. Starly says to leave this to them, but Moe says they have better things to do, like search for Dejeel. She tells him that it's fine to help people in need, but his mind is ultimately changed when Kamekichi offers a reward for defeating all of the Aisharks. After doing so, Starfy returns to a sleeping Kamekichi, who is woken up by Starly. He is surprised by how fast Starfy beat all the Aisharks, but he gives him his treasure, the Lame Outfit, as thanks. Before going back to sleep, he tells the trio that if they talk to Shakejii, they might learn something.

During the post game, if the player talks to Kamekichi, he says that he saw a huge fish in the lake, and that he almost caught it before it got away. When Moe asks him how he lost it, Kamekichi explains that the sun's rays were really warm and felt so good that he fell asleep. He remarks that it feels great even now, and falls asleep again, beginning to snore.
