Wotsaruto is a blue fish musician that appeared in the first four Starfy games and only had a story role in the first three. He/She usually plays the Tone of Ocean, but also plays a saxophone in Densetsu no Starfy 3.

Wotsaruto makes a cameo appearance in Densetsu no Starfy 4 where he/she can be touched in the level select of Dejiru's Castle for 5 Pearls.

In Densetsu no Starfy

Starfy and Moe meet Wotsaruto in Deep Sea (Stage 5). Wotsaruto and Moe both tell Starfy that Wotaruto's Tone of Ocean has been stolen.
